Serviced Apartment Providers Exhibiting in London

The Association of Serviced Providers (ASAP) the trade association of serviced apartment providers in the United Kingdom is exhibiting on its own pavilion at the Business Travel Show today and tomorrow. The Show is Europe’s largest exhibition dedicated to travel professionals. This year it is featuring over two hundred exhibitors and a two day conference featuring keynote speakers, panel debates and masterclasses for the travel industry.

ASAP says it is delighted that 14 of its 50 partners are joining them on the pavilion this year. One of ASAP’s members, Bristol based Saco Apartments also yesterday announced today that it is opening its first USA office to be based in Westport, Connecticut. The aim being to grow the number of US visitors to its UK serviced apartments.

Based on the figures just published for last year, the sector is growing nicely with the net weekly rental value up 4% at £945 for apartments in London.
